1. 오리엔테이션 실시간 통역자막 안내

스마트 통역 장비를 활용하여 발표자의 내용을 9개 언어로 실시간 통역하여 자막방(온라인)을 제공합니다.

동시통역 자막으로 확인 가능한 언어는 다음과 같습니다. (휴대폰등의 개인 휴대기기 필요)

영어, 몽골어, 미얀마어(버마어), 베트남어, 중국어, 일본어, 프랑스어, 독일어, 러시아어

2. ​참석 안내

기숙사 거주 사생 전원은 반드시 오리엔테이션에 참석해야 합니다.

- 해방타워: 희망하는 언어 층에 참석

- 국제관(1,2관): 1부/2부 중에 선택하여 1회 참석

3. 불참 안내

사전 승인 없이 불참할 경우 벌점 2점이 부여됩니다.

다만 아래의 사유에 해당하는 경우 증빙서류를 국제관 이메일로 제출하면 벌점이 부여되지 않습니다.

- 본교 수업

- 학과 공식 행사

- 아르바이트

- 질병

4. 증빙서류 제출 기한

3월 8일 24:00(자정)까지 국제관 이메일로 제출

※ 증빙서류 미제출로 발생하는 불이익은 학생 본인 책임입니다.

Using a smart interpretation system, the presenter’s speech will be translated in real time and provided through an online subtitle channel in nine languages.

The following languages are available through the real-time interpretation subtitles.
(A personal device such as a smartphone is required.)

2. ​Attendance Information

All dormitory residents are required to attend the orientation.

- Haebang Tower: Please attend the session on the floor corresponding to your preferred language.

- International House (Buildings 1 & 2): Please attend one session only, choosing either Part 1 or Part 2.

3. Absence Policy

If you are absent without prior approval, 2 penalty points will be assigned.

However, penalty points will not be given if supporting documents are submitted to the International House email for the following reasons:

- Sookmyung Women’s University classes

- Official department events

- Part-time work

- Illness

4. ​ Deadline for Supporting Documents

Supporting documents must be submitted to the International House email by 12:00 AM (midnight), March 8.
