HOW TO CHECK-OUT INTERNATIONAL HOUSE

▶ How to Check-out
1. Check-out application	May.16^th(Mon) 9:00 ~ May.20^th(Fri) 22:00
2. How to apply	Log on to Sookmyung Portal system (Refer to your email you’ve got from the office)
3. Check-out period	After semester ends ~June 22^nd The last day of check-out is on June 22^nd
4. Check-out Time	After student gets cleaning inspection. Only weekdays available 9:00~20:30, Monday-Friday
*Note - Students must go through cleaning inspection and return the key before leaving the dorm. - Students should be in their room during the cleaning inspection. - Students who are planning to register for the Korean Language Course during Summer Vacation must contact the International House Office in advance.

▶ Check-out Procedure
1. Apply for the check-out within the period. - Refer to details in your email you’ve got.
2. Clean your room and pack your luggage for cleaning inspection. - Remove a mattress cover, throw all trash away before the cleaning inspection.
3. Give your key to the staff visiting for the cleaning inspection.
*Note - Please contact the office when you didn’t get an email from the office - Students should be ready for leaving when the staff visits the room. - Students have to leave until 2022 June 22^nd.

Notice for Check-out

• Students must go through cleaning inspection and return the key before leaving the dorm.

• Students should be in the room during the cleaning inspection.

• Please pack your luggage and be ready to leave before the cleaning inspection.

• Students cannot leave any stuff in their room including towels, bedding sheets and a mattress cover. Please buy a general waste bag and throw them away following the guideline.

• Once students submit the application form, it cannot be revised.

• Please check your flight schedule and make sure to keep the check-out time.

★Check List ★

• Please clean you room perfectly and public space as well.

• Personal space

- Take your towel and bedding stuff.

- Make your desk, drawer, closet and shoe rack empty

- Empty your personal items in the refrigerator ant the sink cabinet and clean them all.

- Clean your items in the shared kitchen as well.

• Public space

- Clean your toilets, the floor and drains including a toilet cover and a washbasin.

- Place back an air conditioning remote controller.
