Students who want to extend their residence to attend the graduation ceremony must apply for an extension. If students apply for an extension, they can pay the dormitory fee and check out on the date of the graduation ceremony.(February 23, 2024)

The last day of extension check-out is the date of the graduation ceremony.

○ Apply for the 2023-Fall semester Check-out
- Datetime: 2023. 11. 13.(Mon) 9:00 ~ 2023. 11. 17.(Fri) 22:00 * No check-out on weekends
- Last check-out date of 2023-Fall semester: 2023. 12. 22.(Fri)

○ Apply for the 2023-Winter vacation extension residence
- Datetime: 2023. 11. 20.(Mon) 9:00~22:00
- Last check-out date of extension residence: 2024. 2. 23.(Fri)


○ Process

- Log on to Sookmyung Portal System > Apply for the check-out or extension residence > Approval of International House Office (Dormitory fee payment and room transfer for extension applicants) > Cleaning inspection > Key return > Check-out completed
