2024-FALL How to apply and check-In for Haebang Tower Sookmyung Int’l House 

◆ Application Period: July 22(Mon) 10:00 ~ July 26(Fri) 22:00 (KST) 

The above application period is only for the new degree seeking students who are entering to Sookmyung Women’s University for the 2024-Fall Semester.

◆ The acceptance result (Successful Candidate) Period: August 1(Thu), 10:00 ~22:00 (KST)

▶How to Check-in 

1. Period: August 26(Mon), 2024 ~ August 27(Tue), 2024

2. Check-in hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00~20:30 

 *No check-in on weekends and holidays as the office is closed.

 *Break Time: Lunch 12:00 ~ 13:00, Dinner 18:00 ~ 19:00

3. Where to check in 

* Haebang Tower Sookmyung International House Office(B103 on the 1st basement floor), 20, 

Sinheung-ro 26-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Korea 

▶How to Check-out

1. Last day to check-out from Fall semester: December 26(Thu), 2024 

2. Check-out hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00~20:30

 *No check-out on weekends and holidays as the office is closed.

 *Break Time: Lunch 12:00 ~ 13:00, Dinner 18:00 ~ 19:003. All International House Students are required to have a check-out cleaning inspection with an office worker and return their keys on the day check-out.

▶Dormitory fee Payment methods 

1. Period: September 2(Mon), 2024 ~ September 6(Fri), 2024 

2. Payment hours: 09:00 ~ 22:00 (bank opening hours: 09:00 ~ 16:00) 

3. Payment instructions

-Please deposit the correct amount to your virtual account. If the amount is different, the deposit will not be accepted.

-If you have a small daily withdrawal amount, please make arrangements 3~4 days in advance of the dormitory fee payment period.

-Dormitory bill are distributed on check-in day.

▶Check-in Process 

1. Visit the Haebang Tower Sookmyung International House Office. 

2. Proceed with a health check (Check for symptoms of COVID-19 and take a temperature)

3. Submit a medical report(Chest X-ray result), and Measles Vaccination certificate

4. Sign the International House Living Rules Agreement

5. International House guide book, room key, one mattress cover distributed

▶Essential document 

-International House Living Rules Agreement: All students joining the International House have to fill this out on the check-in day.

-Chest X-ray result (Tuberculosis) and Documents have been issued within 3 months of check-in date.

-Measles Vaccination certificate and Documents confirming both doses of the measles vaccine.

-If a student has symptoms of COVID-19 when they check in, student must take a PCR or RAT test. If the test results are negative, the student can check in.

▶Preparation 

The dormitory do not provide bedding; students are responsible for providing their own bedding and 

personal needs.

▶Note ​ 

Smoking or drinking alcohol is not allowed in the dormitory. 

No outsiders are allowed in the dormitory.

위 기간은 2024년 봄학기 숙명여자대학교 신규 유학생 기숙사 신청 기간입니다.

◆ 합격 발표 기간: 2024년 8월 1일(목) 10:00 ~ 22:00 

▶ 기숙사 신청 방법

▶ 기숙사 입실 안내 

1. 기간: 2024년 8월 26일(월) ~ 2024년 8월 27일(화)

2. 입실 시간: 월요일~금요일(평일) 오전 9시 ~ 저녁 8시 30분

 *주말 및 공휴일은 사무실이 운영하지 않습니다.

 *휴게시간: 점심시간- 12:00 ~ 13:00 , 저녁시간- 18:00 ~ 19:00

3. 체크인 장소

* 해방타워 숙명여대 국제관 사무실(지하1층 b103), 서울시 용산구 신흥로26길 20(우: 04337)

▶ 기숙사 퇴실 안내 

1. 1학기 퇴실 마지막일: 2024년 12월 26일(목)

2. 퇴실 시간: 월요일~금요일(평일) 오전 9시 ~ 저녁 8시 30분

 *주말 및 공휴일은 사무실이 운영하지 않습니다.

 *휴게시간: 점심시간- 12:00 ~ 13:00, 저녁시간- 18:00 ~ 19:00

3. 모든 국제관 학생은 퇴실하는 당일 사무실 직원에게 퇴실 청소 검사를 받고 키를 반납해야 합니다.

▶기숙사비 납부 방법 

1. 기간: 2024년 9월 2일(월) ~ 2024년 9월 6일(금)

2. 납부 시간: 오전 9시 ~저녁 10시 (은행 영업시간: 오전9시 ~ 오후4시)

3. 납부 안내

-본인의 가상계좌로 정확한 금액을 입금해주세요. 금액이 다르면 입금 자체가 불가합니다.

-출금 한도가 있는 경우, 기숙사비 납부 기간 3~4일 전 미리 준비해주시기 바랍니다.

-기숙사비 고지서는 체크인 당일 배부드립니다.

▶체크인 프로세스 

1. 해방타워 숙명여대 국제관 사무실 도착

2. 건강 체크 진행 (코로나19 의심 증상 여부 및 체온 체크)

3. 흉부X-ray 건강진단서 및 홍역 예방 접종 증명서 각 1부 제출

4. 국제관 생활규칙동의서 서명

5. 매트리스커버 1개 및 키 배부

▶필수 제출 서류 

-국제관 생활규칙동의서: 국제관에 입사하는 모든 학생은 체크인 당일 서명 후 제출

-건강진단서 1부: 흉부 X-ray 진단서(결핵), 체크인 일자로부터 3개월 이내에 발급된 서류 제출

-홍역 예방 접종 증명서, 2회 접종 확인 가능한 서류 제출

-국제관에 입실하는 모든 학생은 체크인 당일 코로나 19 의심 증상이 있는 경우 PCR 또는 RAT 검사를 받아야함. 검사 결과가 음성인 경우, 체크인 가능

▶신속항원검사(RAT) 가능한 기숙사 근처 병원

기숙사에서는 침구를 제공하지 않으므로 기숙사에 입실하는 학생은 침구 및 개인 용품을 직접 준비해야 합니다.
