★☆HOW TO CHECK-IN INTERNATIONAL HOUSE☆★

(FOR QUARANTINE AT THE INT'L HOUSE)

After immigration and COVID19 inspection at the airport, First, check for fevers at the Int'l house and quarantine will be conducted for 14 days after receiving guidance.

★Dormitory schedule★

*Date: August 16^th (SUN)~17th (SAT)

*Time: 10:00 ~ 22:00

*Check-in after 10p.m. is unavailable (Office closed)

★The following are the rules to be followed when isolating from the international pavilion.

*Due to the COVID19, single rooms and buildings will be assigned randomly regardless of the students’ preference choice.

1. Students are prohibited from going out from the building during the 14 days of quarantine.

2. Students needs to self-check their fever at the first floor lobby twice a day.

3. Public sourcing except for the public shower-room is prohibited from use.

   (E.X.: Washer and dryer room is not available for use. Recommend had wash.)

4. There will be no room change after the quarantine and the students will stay in the same dorm through-out the semester.

5. *No smoking in the dormitory*

★Meal★

1. Meal will be basically distributed at certain time every day. (We recommend to finish provided meal within two hours because of the weather.)

2. A customized diet is not available for religious or vegetarian reasons.

Please let the office know in advance if the student is involved in this. These students will be able to use the kitchen as an exception. And cooking tools are not provided separately, so please bring your own simple cooking tools.

3. Students’ can order food ingredients through personal internet except for lunch boxes.

★Dormitory fee guidance★

1. The dormitory fee is for one room per person as instructed.

(including expenses for one semester + meals)

2. The dormitory fee will be guided about the details of the incident after the disconnection.
(Dormitory expenses are paid in cash, and can be prepared after disconnection.)
If the card exceeds the limit, please prepare it with an ATM in advance. (Korean currency exchange)
