안녕하세요, 국제관 기숙사에서는 아래와 같이 에어컨 종합 세척을 실시할 예정이오니 각 호실 및 공용공간 방문 작업 시 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 작업일시: 2024. 5. 30(목) 오전 9시00분 ~ 오후 5시 : 4, 3층 / 2024. 5. 31(금) 오전 9시00분 ~ 오후 5시 : 3, 2층

2. 작업내용: 본체 내부 살균소독 처리 및 분해 청소

3. 작업대상: 해방타워 각 호실, 공용공간(라운지, 화장실 등) 내 에어컨

4. 국제관 기숙사 사무실 및 청소 업체 직원이 방문할 예정입니다.

원활한 세척 작업을 위해서는 각 층 별 당일 오전 9시~오후 5시까지는 기숙사에 있는 것이 불가 합니다. 모두 에어컨 청소 시간 동안 외출해 주시기 바랍니다.

작업 시 사무실에서 마스터키를 사용해 호실 문을 열고 에어컨 세척 작업을 진행하고자 하오니 양해하여 주시기 바랍니다.

5. 주의 사항:

  1) 작업 중 재실 불가 (외출 필수)

  2) 에어컨 주변에는 깨끗이 정리 후 외출해야 함(학생 부주의로 인해 발생하는 일에 대해 사무실은 책임지지 않습니다.) 

Hi, the International House dormitory will be conducting comprehensive cleaning of air conditioner as follows, so please cooperate with us when visiting each room and common area.

1. Work dates: May 30, 2024, 09:00am ~ 17:00pm: 4th, 3rd floor / May 31, 2024, 09:00am ~ 17:00pm: 3rd, 2nd floor

2. Work contents: Disinfection and disassembly cleaning inside the body

3. Work targets: Air conditioner in Haebang Tower rooms, common areas(Lounge, toilet, etc.)

4. Staff from the International dormitory office and the cleaning company will visit.

In order to ensure a smooth cleaning process, you will not be allowed to be in your room between 9am and 5pm on each floor. Please go out during cleaning air conditioner.

And please understand that the door of the room will be opened by office staff and the work will be carried out.

5. Precautions:

  1) No occupancy during the work (must go out)

  2) The area around the air conditioner must be cleaned up and left out (the office is not responsible for anything that happens due to student carelessness.)
