*Students who want to extend their residence to attend the graduation ceremony must apply for an extension. If students apply for an extension, they can pay the dormitory fee and check out on the date of the graduation ceremony(August 25, 2023)

*The last day of extension check-out is the date of the graduation ceremony. (Students have to move to the other room in the last week of June.)

○ Apply for the 2023-Spring semester Check-out

- Log on to Sookmyung Portal System > Apply for the check-out or extension residence > Approval of International House Office (Dormitory fee payment and room transfer for extension applicants) > Cleaning inspection > Key return > Check-out completed
